No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning Void where prohibited by law.

IQONIQ SARL (“IQONIQ”) is pleased to introduce the IQONIQ Prize Campaigns (“Prize Campaigns”) made available at http://www.IQONIQ .com (the “Site”). Prize Campaigns are made up of a number of drawings associated with individual idols listed on the Site (the “Competition(s)”).

As a condition of participating in the Prize Campaigns, entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of IQONIQ, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Prize Campaigns, these Official Rules, IQONIQ ’s Site or the corresponding Terms of Use. Winning and receiving a prize are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Prize Campaigns are open to individuals that: (1) are registered members of the Site. Becoming a registered member is free; go to www.IQONIQ .com for details on how to become a registered member of the Site; (2) are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older; (3) are a legal resident of one of the following countries: the United States of America, European Union, Singapore, China, Japan, or of a country which does not prohibit or restrict Prize Campaigns (like India, Sweden, Canada); (4) are not a person barred from participating in the Prize Campaigns under the laws of the Netherlands or other applicable country, state, city or other legal entity (collectively, “Jurisdiction”); and (5) at all times abide by these Official Rules. The Prize Campaigns are subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents or representatives of IQONIQ, and/or their affiliate companies, and their suppliers, as well as the immediate family of their employees (including spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households as the employees, whether related or not, are not eligible. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step -parents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

  1. GAME PLAY/COMPETITIONS:

IQONIQ will offer Competitions in connection with individual idols listed on the Site. More than one (1) Competition may be ongoing at the same time. Entry into each distinct Competition will be made available for a predetermined and defined period of time, e.g., 12 days or 30 days, (“Entry Period”). Users of the Site will be informed of upcoming Competitions via postings on the Site. For a list of currently available Competitions as well as complete details regarding the Competitions, including the Entry Period for each Competition and corresponding prizes, please see the Prize Feed page made available at www.IQONIQ.com.

  1. HOW TO ENTER:

If you are a registered user of the Site, you may enter the Competition for free. Once you become a regular fan of the idol, you can submit an online entry for the Competition associated with the idol you are a fan of by following the online instructions, as well as agreeing to these Official Rules and IQONIQ’s Terms of Use at set forth on Site. Entries from entrants that do not fully complete an entry form, including but not limited to the provision of an email and mailing address, or meet the eligibility requirements will be considered void.

You may submit one (1) entry each day of the Entry Period for each Competition associated with all idols you are a fan of BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED AUTOMATICALLY. For example, if you are a fan of idol A before (and remain) for the course of the 30day Entry Period for idol A’s Competition, you will be able to log on to the Site and manually submit one (1) entry for each day of the 30 day Enter Period, e.g., 30 entries into the idols A’s Competition drawing. If, however, you do not become a fan of idol A until day 15 of the corresponding Entry Period; you will only be able to log on to the Site and manually submit one (1) entry daily for each of the 15 remaining days left in the Entry Period.

Entrants are limited to only one (1) entry per day per competition. Additional entries will be disqualified.

Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. IQONIQ is not responsible for late or incomplete entries. If a problem occurs in the entry process, the entrant is solely responsible for verifying that the entry has been validly completed. IQONIQ shall not be responsible for any incomplete entries or information not actually received due to incomplete or improper transmission. IQONIQ shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete entry. All entries and/or materials submitted, regardless of the method of entry, become the property of IQONIQ and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry the Authorized Account Subscriber of the email account used to register your Site’s membership or submit your online entry at the actual time of entry into a Competition will be deemed to be the entrant. The Authorized Account Subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email address is for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

  1. RANDOM DRAWING:

After conclusion of the Entry Period for each Competition, IQONIQ will select, using a random computer-generated program (“Random Drawing”) potential winners from among the total number of eligible entries submitted and received for that Competition regardless of the method of entry. IQONIQ’s decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to a Competition and this Prize Campaign. Non-winning entries from a Competition will not be carried forward to subsequent Competitions

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

After the Random Drawing for each Competition, potential winners will be notified via the email address provided by entrant to IQONIQ. The potential winner of tangible items must respond to such notification within thirty (30) days by email and include entrant’s postal address. In case of other prizes, such as meet & greets and chat sessions, the potential winner must respond to the notification at least one (1) week before the event. If a winner fails to respond to the notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

All potential winners are subject to verification by IQONIQ, whose decision is final.

Potential prize winners may be required by IQONIQ to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) within fourteen (14) days from the first attempted notification (unless prohibited by law). Failure to complete such forms within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such request will result in forfeiture of the prize. If a potential winner is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), these documents may be required to be confirmed and signed by the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian, and the prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

Prizes will be deemed to have been won when all conditions in these Official Rules and accompanying Terms of Use are met. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, the accompanying Terms of Use, or if the prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. Any forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, at IQONIQ ‘s discretion.

  1. PRIZE:

The winner of each Competition will be awarded the corresponding prize(s) identified on IQONIQ’s Competition page. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize(s) is listed next to the corresponding prize as well as the total ARV of all prizes for the Prize Campaigns.

  1. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Tangible prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by entrant within thirty (30) days from the date of the Random Drawing for each Competition. Please be certain to keep your address up to date. IQONIQ assumes no liability for non-deliverability.

There is a limit of one (1) prize per person during the Prize Campaigns. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize will be made, except that IQONIQ at its sole discretion may substitute a prize (or component of prize) of equal or greater value for any reason. Any depiction of a prize, in Prize Campaigns or otherwise is for illustrative purposes only. If the actual retail value of a prize is less than the stated ARV, the winner will not receive the difference.

All expenses not specified above, including any federal, state, or local taxes, are solely each winner’s responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.

IQONIQ reserves the right to cancel the Prize Campaigns for any reason. In the event that the Prize Campaigns are cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, the ARV of the prizes will be awarded to the extent required by law. IQONIQ also reserves the right to remove from or to deny entry to the Prize Campaigns to any entrant who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive conduct, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person participating or involved with the Prize Campaigns.

All prizes are awarded as is and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or no infringement as regards a prize or any component of a prize. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations of exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties. Some jurisdictions may not allow (or may limit) disclaimers of certain warranties, in which case the foregoing disclaimers will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  1. ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each respective Competition regardless of method of entry.

  1. PUBLICITY:

Except, where prohibited by law, by participating in these Prize Campaigns and/or accepting a prize each entrant grants IQONIQ  and its designees the right to use such entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and city and state address for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Entrant further acknowledges that if entrant is chosen as winner, entrant’s personal identifying information may be disclosed to third parties including, without limitation, placing entrant’s name on winner’s list.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

IQONIQ reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Campaigns, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond IQONIQ ’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Prize Campaigns, as determined by IQONIQ in its sole discretion. In such event, IQONIQ reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the Prize Campaigns entries received up to the time of the impairment (and/or thereafter), or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by IQONIQ in its sole discretion. IQONIQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Campaigns or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage IQONIQ’s Site or undermined legitimate operation of the Prize Campaigns may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, IQONIQ reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of IQONIQ and/or IQONIQ ‘s representatives, which are final and binding in all respects. Submitted Prize Campaign entries become the sole property of IQONIQ and will not be acknowledged or returned. The failure of IQONIQ to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism (or threat thereof), act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of IQONIQ or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. IQONIQ’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules or any Prize Campaign materials. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

IQONIQ and the Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for: (1) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable or incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, illegible entries due to technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Prize Campaigns, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Prize

Campaigns, the mailing or transmission of entries, notification or correspondence, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Prize Campaigns related materials; (2) technical failures of any kinds; (3) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Campaigns; (4) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize Campaigns; (5) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Prize Campaigns, the sending of entries or the processing of entries; (6) interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; or (7) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Prize Campaigns or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into the Prize Campaigns, entrant’s sole remedy is to submit another entry in the Prize Campaigns. IQONIQ may rescind any Prize Campaigns entry found to contain such errors or failures without liability at its sole discretion.

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless IQONIQ and its respective affiliates, prize suppliers, and IQONIQ’s business partners and all their affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, managers, directors, members, shareholders and employees (the “Released Parties”) from losses/injuries of any kind, including personal injury and/ or death, resulting from participate ion in the Prize Campaigns, or the acceptance/possession, use/misuse of a prize; or inability to use prize; shipping delays of prize merchandise; item/service prize unavailability, human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Prize Campaigns entry information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer system, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by IQONIQ or participant; interruption or inability to access any website via the internet; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Prize Campaigns; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Released Parties. Each participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Prize Campaigns and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties. Released Parties are also not responsible for any typographical or other error contained in the Official Rules or other Prize Campaign-related materials.

In no event will Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or loses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising our of participation in these Prize Campaigns, any prize awarded hereunder, access to and use of any website or the downloading from and/or printing of material downloaded from any website. Some jurisdictions may not allow contractual limitations on exclusion or limitation of liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, in which case Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  1. DISPUTES:

These Prize Campaigns are governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Subject to, and without in any way limiting, the requirements set forth in the Terms of Use, any court proceeding related to these Prize Campaigns, these Official Rules, the Site or the Terms of Use may be brought only in a court in the Netherlands.

  1. WINNER’S LIST:

To obtain the names of the winners for a Competition, visit the Site on or after the Random Drawing for that Competition. For a complete list of winners in the Prize Campaigns, mail a self- addressed, stamped envelope after 30 days from the end of the Prize Campaigns to IQONIQ International BV, Attn: Winner’s List, P.O. Box Le Park Palace | 25 Avenue de la Costa | 98000 Monaco. Requests must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Prize Campaigns.

  1. PRIVACY:

All information submitted by entrants in the Prize Campaigns will be treated according to IQONIQ ‘s Privacy Policy.
By entering these Prize Campaigns, entrant acknowledges and agrees that entrant had read and consents to IQONIQ’s Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
