McLaren Racing announces partnership with IQONIQ

29 July 2020 – McLaren Racing has today announced that IQONIQ has become Official Fan Engagement Partner of the McLaren F1 team. The multi-year partnership with the new sports fan engagement platform will begin from the British Grand Prix 2020 and enable McLaren to continue to grow its fan base and bring fans closer to the heart of the action.

The IQONIQ platform exclusively targets the world of sports and entertainment through an all-in-one app bringing fans closer to their favourite individuals or teams, and rewarding their dedication with loyalty programmes, in-app games and prizes, special offers for ticketing and merchandise and aggregated content from other sites. The platform is due to become publicly available in September 2020.

Partnering with IQONIQ is another step in McLaren Racing’s commitment to delivering greater access to its global and loyal fan base. The app, which will be launched later this year, will offer McLaren fans the opportunity to access exclusive content and experiences at the McLaren Technology Centre and Formula 1 races, bringing fans closer to the team on and off track throughout the season.

The IQONIQ brand will be represented on the McLaren F1 pit crew helmets at the British Grand Prix this weekend.
