IQONIQ takes FC Groningen’s Fan Engagement to the next level

Dutch Eredivisie club FC Groningen has added IQONIQ as their Official and exclusive Fan Engagement Partner. FC Groningen, the ‘Pride of the North’, will join forces with IQONIQ to enhance their fan engagement through IQONIQ’s platform. The club and IQONIQ will develop exclusive content and experiences for the platform that will increase opportunities to interact with fans in a meaningful way.

Many football icons started at FC Groningen, legends of the game like Ronald Koeman and Arjen Robben came through the youth academy and starred for the First Team. Robben recently came out of retirement to start playing again for the Club in Green and White. Other notable players such as Luis Suàrez, Virgil van Dijk and Hans Hateboer played for the Pride of the North.

By connecting fans with clubs and their players through the IQONIQ platform, the personal connection and interaction will become even stronger.
