IQONIQ EXPANDS ADVISORY BOARD WITH HIGH-PROFILE EXPERTS

07 July 2020 – IQONIQ is delighted to announce the expansion of its Advisory Board, as the fan engagement platform furthers its efforts to grow its global footprint and deliver fans of sports and entertainment a more personal, more rewarding and more purposeful level of experiences and engagements.

The Advisory Board will play an important role in overseeing the expansion of the IQONIQ platform, providing regular guidance on business and technology strategy, as the platform seeks to build upon its initial success, having established long-term partnerships with the likes of Euroleague Basketball, Olympique de Marseille, AS Monaco, North Carolina FC and the Drone Champions League.

Joining the Advisory Board will be a range of high-profile individuals from across and sports, entertainment and technology sectors.

  • Amir Somoggi – Managing Director of Sport Value, a Brazil-based agency specialised in sport marketing, sponsorships and sports asset valuations.
  • Itai Rauch – Cloud Platform Business Manager at Google, a suite of cloud computing services running on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally.
  • J.B. Bernstein – CEO of Access Group, an athlete management firm that has represented elite athletes including Barry Bonds, Barry Sanders and Emmitt Smith.
  • Marcus Luer, Founder & CEO of Total Sports Asia, Asia’s leader in providing sports content, consulting and branding solutions.
  • Sam Li – Head of International Business Strategy at Sina Sports, a Chinese digital sports media platform that provides live footage, highlights, news and forums.

The appointments build upon the foundation of the Advisory Board in May 2020, where Iris Cordoba, Jose Luis Rosa-Medina, Sean Callanan, Daniele Sano and Tracey Deforge were announced as Board members.
