In his most recent role at OTRO, Adam managed all legal work together with the role of DPO and Company Secretary. Adam managed all legal aspects of the OTRO deal transactional work in relation to Series A funding during his time with that business.
Most recently Adam was running his own legal consultancy business, Lovatt Legal Limited, servicing many clients in the sports/media space and beyond.
